Meet the key personnel who run and operate the business, and who are responsible for bringing together the wider team of Uden Construction professionals.
Gavin Uden
Gavin has been on board as an integral member of the team since 2012. Gavin is an effective communicator and leader, directing and guiding both the client and the team throughout the build process.
Hailing from Oxford, Gavin is a family man and enjoys spending quality time with wife Caroline and his three successful sons. Gavin is enjoying seeing this business continue to grow and deliver a service like none other.
Phil Uden
Phil is the Company Co-Founder and Director, along with younger brother Steve. With over two decades combined experience, these brothers have set the bar high with their building expertise and quality finished product. Fully qualified and with a current LBP license, Phil is always on the go whether it be overseeing work on site, picking up a hammer as needed, or mentoring and training apprentice builders.
Phil and wife Mary have two future builders, Josiah and new baby Malachi.
Steve Uden
Steve is the Company’s Co-Director at Uden and has been an avid builder since he was 17 years old. He holds an Advanced Trade Certificate, current LBP, Site 1 qualification, and a Site Safe Gold Card. Steve has 8 years intensive hill-site experience, and has Project Managed a number of large architectural builds.
Steve and wife Chantal are proud parents to son Eli and baby daughter Mia.
Nicole Blair
Nicole has been with Uden Construction as our Office Administrator and Junior Project Planner since 2012. Along with booking in Sub-Contractors for jobs and sorting out Engineers Nicole is also responsible for anything pay orientated, this makes her and invaluable part of our team.
